  : I made a reservation and paid for a room two weeks ago with two beds in the room, but when we arrived yesterday to stay in this motel, they gave us a room with one bed! there were three of us! I said that I booked with two beds, but they put all the blame on their manager! very bad attitude of the staff towards people! do not recommend this place to anyone!

  : I did like that the pool went to 8 feet
  : The room was dirty. I had to have someone come clean the bathroom shortly after checking in, the tub had dirt grime all at the bottom

  : The location was perfect for what we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful and Friendly. The room was large, the grounds were neat and well kept.
  : The room was only PARTIALLY updated, VERY OLD foundations for the beds, the furniture was VERY old, only 1 chair very hard chair. As big as the room is there is plenty of room for at least 1 soft love seat, there is NO PLACE to sit!! The bathroom area is mixed (partially updated)--still has the original coat rack and shelf, the bathtub is still original as well as the floor and wall tile. The wall tile had brown streaks from ?????? and hadn't been cleaned. The doors were very old and the veneer is coming off at the bottom of the doors.

  : The location was close to interstate, venue we attended, shopping and dining.
  : The motel rooms were completely misrepresented in their descriptions. It is obvious that once COVID hit, they never did anything to the property afterward. They even sent a message in regards to toiletries and such being unavailable due to shortages caused by the "recent outbreak."I originally booked for 2 adults, then called the hotel to add a 3rd adult to the reservation. They upcharged my card upon check-in but would only let us have enough towels for 2 people. Thankfully, I keep towels and emergency supplies in my car. There was not one working ice machine on the entire property. No coffee, continental breakfast, nothing.I was also unaware that it was an extended stay establishment that meant that several tenants had pets. I love animals, don't get me wrong. I have fur babies of my own. However, I DO NOT like walking into the hotel, and the first thing I smell is animal urine.The room, that in itself was a complete disappointment. The bathroom was filthy, shower and tub were full of mold and mildew, and the shower itself didn't work. However, the sink on the vanity counter was beautiful. The carpet was so dirty that i threw away the socks i wore because not only were they completely black, but they felt greasy. There were not enough outlets to run the TV, microwave, and refrigerator all at once where they were located in the room. The hotel had no WIFI, but what they did have plenty of was COCKROACHES!! They were everywhere!! As soon as we opened the hotel room door, we saw some crawling on the wall. Unfortunately, there were several things going on in that area that weekend, and we had extremely late check-in time, so finding another room was nearly impossible. So we basically had to suffer through the weekend with the roaches and drag our stuff in and out of the hotel. What we did leave inside, we tied up in garbage bags I happened to have in my car.
