  : There were dead cockroachs in the window seal and I found a live cocroach as well.

  : Most staff were friendly. Some were awful
  : Floor was so dirty that I had to wash my feet before putting on shoes. Even after calling about it. I was trying to save money. Had a plumbing emergency at home. Didn't expect luxury, but didn't expect filth. I'd hate to see what UV light would reveal. Long-term residents were permitted to leave furniture, grills, low-lying bowls of cigarette butts outside of their rooms. 'Pet friendly" not necessarily pet safe. Even on a short leash, my dog managed to get a mouthful of cigarette butts in the few seconds before I pulled him away. The next day, I took him to the vet for an emergency. He had pancreatitis, and when I got back to the room to clean up his vomit, I found cigarette butts. Management didn't care, and was even belligerent. If I'm expected to clean up my dog's excrement, residents should be expected to clean up their toxic trash.

  : The suite was really nice , painted , clean sheets, great shower and bathroom.
  : The carpets, from the reception to the rooms have to go , old , they doing a lot effort to keep the place clean , but the carpets ruin all ;(

  : Affordable, pet-friendly. Though, not entirely. Residents are permitted to keep personal property outside, including low-lying bowls full of cigarette butts. Even on a short leash, dogs are attracted to the scent of tobacco. I pulled mine away very quickly, but apparently, he managed a mouthful. The next day, we made an emergency visit to the vet. He had pancreatitis. When I got back to the room, to clean up the vomit - I found cigarette butts. If you advertise as pet-friendly, it should be pet safe!
  : Staff was mostly good, one front desk rep was downright antagonistic
