  : I wouldn’t say this was a “mountain cabin”. I would think that the property we would be in the mountains but this felt more like in the plains of the mountains. Still beautiful and all but seeing a cozy mountain cabin is a little bit misleading as it’s just in a track home kind of setting.
  : I emailed several times prior to our arrival but did not get a response. My main question was if we can get in there early. We did not receive a response so I waited until after four to arrive.When we arrived at the home it was totally a disaster. Dirty towels, dishes, beds floor… It looked like it had been ransacked and obviously had not been touched or cleaned. This was hugely disappointing as I was all prepared to start preparing a birthday dinner for my son and my family who we have not been able to be together for many years as a whole family. You can imagine my disappointment. I called the number and got a hold of Kaitlyn who was very helpful to get the cleaning crew out there as quickly as possible and they did a great job sprucing it up in a short amount of time. But it did mean for a couple hours we were outside of the property in the cold waiting to figure out what we were going to do or where else we had to go before it was clear that the cleaning crew would rush out there. I was also disappointed that my emails concerning the situation after it was taken care of were not answered. I commend the cleaning company for getting out there as quickly as they did and, again, doing a great job of making it presentable. I understand that it was just a miscommunication between a new cleaning company and you guys. I can appreciate and be patient with that. The rest of our stay was fine and the cabin met our needs. But I did feel some sort of discount or refund would have been appropriate from you but did not receive any reply from my emails. The only thing I’ve gotten are these constant request for feedback. I’ve worked in the service industry in the past and I’m very patient and forgiving and Very slow to complain but walking in on that cabin in the state it was in was, as I said, a huge disappointment.

  : We Loved the location, very comfortable, , pretty clean, great landscaping , with ponds and waterfall. Just loved it !
  : Tv was hard to maneuver..... no internet . I tried to call several , like four phone numbers and no response , leave message , can't answer at this time , very frustrating. I'm glad there was no emergency.

  : Great location! Pretty community with fly fishing on site and friendly neighbors. We did not prepare any food during our stay, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Cozy home with plenty of sleeping areas. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen!

  : The house overall was great. It was nice to have a bathroom in every bedroom and we loved the easy gas fireplace. The hot tub was nice but didn’t seem very well maintained. Loved the keyless lock for the door.
  : The queen bed was not very comfortable. Some of the windows were hard to close. In the upstairs bunk bed room I could not get the window all the way to the right to close enough to lock.

  : the cabin was as described and host interaction pre stay was great
  : the heating was not working upstairs- we reported it to the hosts but got no resolution. additionally dirty dishes in the dishwasher and washing machine was unexpected.
