  : Could use some sprucing up; cleaning the outside of the property, new paint, updating fixtures, etc. No elevator. Benches in the smoking area were falling apart.

  : No one was allowed access or use of the pool they had the door padlocks. We were told that the manager did not allow alcohol at poolside, another couple and us told them we could leave our beers outside the pool but still were refused admittance. They wouldn't even allow us to go in and just sit at the tables to talk....crazy.The breakfast could also use an upgrade just too plain and not much of a selection.

  : Room 125 stunk and was HOT upon arrival, because our ground room floor was OPEN!!!! Ground floor and the window screen looked like someone had tried to open it. We traveled 5 hours for a wedding, needed showers and NO HOT WATER!! The shower handle was so loose, about to fall off. The vanity sink faucet handle was also loose but did have hot water. I asked for reduced room charge was told manager would have to approve---never heard from manager. The room smell was the smell of intense cleaning product, like they were masking odor. Choked me and irritated eyes. This is a $39.99 value NOT worth the almost $200 I paid. Was supposed to include breakfast...we left around 9:30 and saw no breakfast prepared. Also, when we arrived I wanted to use a different are than what I booked the room with. Their electric had been "cut" and I was told they could write all the card info down and run in later. Uh, HELL NO. Facility is old and run down and generally not clean. Flooring had something on it, throughout the room and bath, that made it slippery. Really disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE
