  : - Our family of 4 adults stayed in apartment 1 on the ground floor. Our taxi from the train station dropped us off at Carrera del Darro right at the entrance to C. Horno del Vidrio. We only needed to walk about 80 ft. - Even though it was 90 F outside, the apartment stayed very cool. In fact, some of us needed to wear our jackets inside. The apartment has an excellent location, within walking distance to the Alhambra and close to restaurants, a small grocery store, and a gelato shop. After a *lot* of walking while touring the Alhambra, we were happy to take the C32 bus from the Puerta Justica to the Paseo del Padre Manjon stop which is across from Restaurante Ruta del Azafran (very close to the apartment). - The shower was the best feature of the apartment and had plenty of hot water. We were supplied a combination body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Unfortunately, there is no shelf in the shower, so soap and shampoo have to go on the floor. We recommend installing a shelf. - The kitchen was nicely stocked. There were exactly 5 place settings (but only 3 knives). We were supplied dishwashing liquid and 2 tablets for the washing machine. We would have liked a dish drying rack for the cutlery we washed. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace for viewing the Alhambra at night, up about 3 flights of stairs.
  : 1) The 2nd bedroom is very small with very little space for suitcases. The bunk bed is rickety for 2 adults. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a very off-putting odor in that room in the morning. 2) The pegs in the bathroom only work for hand towels, they are too closely spaced for bath towels. With 4 adults, the only place to hang up bath towels so they can dry are the hangers in the closet. There is very little space to put your stuff in the bathroom, we had to move all the decorative items out to have shelf space. 3) There was only one very long pillow, we called it the unipillow, for the full bed. This did not work for us because I want a flat pillow and my wife wants a fluffy pillow. We had to use the decorative cushions that were on the bed. 4) The bathroom sink drain pipe leaked.

  : The location is fantastic. Very easy to walk to everywhere and with a wonderful Bar RA at the corner ( en la esquina con las mejores tostadas y tortilla). The place has all you need and the checking and checkout was the easiest. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y fue muy fcil el checking and checkout. The room with the bunk beds had the best mattresses, but it had a bad smell ( for moments) specially at night but it was from the outside.
  : The smell in the room with the bunk beds and that the neighbors hang all their clothes in the patio.
