  : We had an accommodation in "Alpenkrauter" apartment. The location in Grainau is peaceful and very good if you are thinking the closeness of slope areas (both Classic & Zugspitze). Also cross country skiing tracks are very close - only problem was, that during our visit in February, there was no snow in the village level... Apartment itself is very clean and cosy. Well functioning for three adults. Beds were very good and bedlinen clean and nice.
  : The fact that there was no snow in Grainau village during our visit was bad. Obviously there's nothing to do to that fact, but it was still irritating. Cross country skis we brought all the way from Finland (and paid a lot of money for the transportation) were useless.
