  : Breakfasts every day were good; there was a wide choice available. To improve the breakfast it would be good if the milk was in a jug so you could serve yourself. The same with the coffee. Instead of just being given coffee it would have been nice to have a cafetiere and to have been able to serve yourself. The coffee would have stayed hotter for longer. Sometimes it would have been nice if the staff had brought something to the table for the guest. There were only two choices of cereal (bran flakes and chocolate crunchy balls) Some muesli or cornflakes would have been appreciated. The views were absolutely stunning in every direction. Clean sheets and towels on a daily basis if needed. Room cleaned on a daily basis. Plenty of shade and seating available around the pool area. Helpful and friendly staff.
  : See comments above regarding the breakfast. The shower didn't fit properly and had to be held by hand. I re-attached the toilet seat myself. No instructions were given regarding travel to and from Castellammare; taxis were available but the cost was 20 euros for one journey! We discovered a bus service which cost 1 euro 50cents, but tickets needed to be purchased in a tabac. It would have been helpful if this information (along with information about which bus to take) was available at the hotel. Even with a bus journey from the town, a steep walk was still needed to be taken from the bus stop to the hotel - not easy for older or less fit individuals. The neighbouring restaurant - Ferdinandone's was also a walk up a steep hill or a climb of many steps from the back of the hotel - and we were not told this. Dogs barking for long periods at any time during the day or night, were not at all welcome! On a number of occasions during our stay we were woken by what sounded like repeated gunfire - it could have been fireworks ?

  : Location - mountain and sea views. Can also see Mount Vesuvius. Staff were very friendly. Good parking. Comfortable bed and suitable room size. Small terrace outside room with seating and table. We would absolutely recommend.
  : Tight roads - not mentioned in advert. Restaurant advertised as being open but sign in office that it doesn't open on Tuesdays.

  : Lovely place, intimate, quiet, beautiful views, very friendly staff. Nice pool, breakfasts tasty, but it would be nice to have a slight variety - identical every day. Super authentic Italian restaurant upstairs - 99% Italian families, loud, tasty, beautiful view of Vesuvius.
