  : The location was great.
  : The hot tub was not working, and apparently, it had not been working for quite some time. No one offered us this information prior to our arrival. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was to enjoy the hot tub in the evening. Very disappointing. Also, we were a family/friend group of 12 adults. The images/ description of the three suites we booked suggested a 450 s.f. suite with separate living rooms and bedrooms. When we arrived, we discovered they were not separate - again, it was very disappointing, and we ended up renting an additional room to accommodate privacy aspects.

  : A little overpriced for the small town it's located in. Staff was not very present on site. Night clerk seemed bored. But she did respond when called.

  : The toilet would not flush properly. The gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic, rightly indicated he couldn't get a plumber at that time to repair it. I asked for a plunger, which he gave me. It wouldn't do the job. I borrowed a better one from a relative. It, too, wasn't adequate. No matter how many times I used it, I could never get the toilet to flush. I left a message about it, and hope it will be repaired for the next guest.
