  : We were pleased about the general cleanliness at our room and comfortable beds. Personnel at restaurant was very polite and really competent, we and our friends from the region enjoyed the time spent there. Both dinner and breakfast were good.
  : First, we had to go by outside for the breakfast to the other building - not pleasant at the winter morning. Then, we were seated by personnel to set table, where were crumbs. Curious, if taken in account there were four guests taking a breakfast at the moment. We also did not find the additional cutlery, aside of those prepared at the table, anywhere, prepared to be taken without asking the personnel, for example to use it for salad, fruits etc. We also witnessed the situation, when hot water for tea has came off suddenly, just at the moment, when more guests came to breakfast wanting to prepare a tea. Remembering my own experience as the ex-hotel-manager, I was honestly surprised, how similar situation is even possible, when there was so many personnel present - they should be checking everything continuously. We are also used to the personnel continously taking away the used dishes from the tables. Unfortunatelly, this did not happen here, so we had to give these away to a table next to us, what was not very comfortable - nobody likes to use the other set table this way. Generally said, I assume this is issue about organisation of the work - from owners to managers and from managers to regular staff. The personell was still moving and acted like busy in taking care, but in fact they were merely chaotic and not dull in their obligations at all. Last, the personell at reception, not sure about our home address form, asked about the name, bit slightingly, of our "village". I find this generally unprofessional and impolite. First, if they do not know, how the address is correctly noted, they probably could not know, if it is village, town, city etc. Second, even as I do not expect them to be aware of local geography of neighbours country, it was really funny - especially by the fact we come from the regional capital city with more than 500.000 citizens and the personell from a local hotel in village in literal countryside close to the borders...

  : The best of the hotel is the good and variety Breakfast , the breakfast room is beautiful and comfortable .
  : Our room was in the other Building second floor without Lift ( dont say something about it at the Reservation ) 2/3 min Walk ,to the the Main Building thanks god it wasnt raining , it is ancomfortable if you want to Go to the Spa area you have to dress you in the other Building Not us the people who stay in the Main Building can change in They room and Go down with a Dressing grow , something what in the side Building not offer at all , all this is not mention at the Moment of booking the room .( is not nice to find all this sorprese if you arrive . If you Star at the Main Building is nice and comfortable for the spa but not if you stay at the side Building .Shout have other Reservation or better explain this at booking better for the Reservation . I feel completly deceived and also the Pool was very cold for the Month of April . For sure will Not coming back .
