  : We booked this hotel as we are driving our car from the uk and it states on booking.com that they have parking. When we arrived we found they did not have parking nor could we access the hotel to unload our bags. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ! We had to park 2 streets away and carry our bags to and from the hotel we are both around 70 years of age !I messaged the hotel 3 times about parking and they did not respond, furthermore the reception staff said they did not respond because they did not have parking ! I blame both the hotel and booking.com. - parking should mean the hotel has parking available, otherwise what is the point of that filter !! It suggests that booking .com hotel facilities are totally unreliable. I messaged them but they just passed this on to the hotel who have ignored my complaint !Also the safe in the room did not work and the breakfast was of a poor standard.
