  : Cute cabin had enough room for 14 people to sleep but not enough space to relax the living room is tiny not enough seating to support 14 people unless you stay in your room.
  : Dishwasher is leaking, chunck of the flooring Is missing. The walk to the Little cabin is very dangerous due to snow pack fell nothing to grab onto.Contract indicates two parking spots only had one spot.

  : We stayed at Little Bear in the summer and had a great time! It is a cozy, upscale log cabin in the woods with a gourmet kitchen and nice attention to details. It's a short walk into Govy and mountain bike trails. The kitchen is great with granite counters, the grill is nice and came with a backup propane tank, the laundry room is updated and there's lots of bedding, towels and blankets! We would love to go back to Little Bear!
  : There are a few things to know about the property when making your decision to stay here. 1. Though WiFi is on the list of amenities, we couldn't connect to it because it was in the neighboring house. 2. The parts of the railing on the front porch is falling down. 3. The number of people that the house sleeps far outnumbers the amount of people that would comfortably fit in the living spaces. We had 4 people and a dog which was comfortable and I could picture adding a few more without feeling too crowded, but getting up to the 13-14 people that could sleep there would make it seem more like a tight bunk house. 4. The neighbor is quite sensitive to people getting close to their property. 5. Vacasa was good to work with but it took a little longer than expected for them to get back to email.
