  : It was self catering so we ate breakfast elsewhere. Mega clean facilities Nikos and Costas run it fantastic cleanest pool you could ever have.
  : Maybe a toaster but didn't bother us. If we had asked it would have been supplied

  : Location was really good, local beeches are really nice. Room was good value for money. I liked the thin blanket on the beds as Crete gets hot and the heat can stay after the sun goes down. Lovely sunrise that came in through our window in the morning. Plenty of space opposite the front entrance to park cars. Bus stop only a 10-20 minuet walk away (depends on how slow you get in the heat), shops are between a 3-15 minuet walk (depending on which one you want to go to) and there is a beautiful church at the end of the road by the sea.
  : I understand these are very peculiar and hard times so I'm only going to be honest here. I can understand why people will be acting in different ways, it's a stressful and frustrating time we are all experiencing here. Attitude of staff could have been a lot better. (Kept getting told about wearing a mask constantly by the owner and his son in quite a rude manor, saying it's really strict etc, etc. This would not really bother me but none of the other customers there were wearing masks or being told to do so) They wanted us to wear a mask as we were walking from the entrance to our apartment door even tho we were socially distancing. (I had been all over the island and never had this treatment, was a bit strange) Felt alienated to tell the truth, we didn't use the pool, bar, lounge or spend anytime outside our room when we was back there. (and trust me, I like a few drinks when I'm in Greece) Towels don't get changed, shower head didn't have a stand and they could do with more bits in the kitchen and in the rooms.

  : The place was very clean and the pool was nice.
  : They charged 10 euros pr day for AC even though Booking.com stated that it was included. The AC in my room did not properly cool down the kitchen bedrooom so it was too hot to sleep there.

  : The apartments were spotless though could have had few more kitchen facilities like a dish towel. The seats were so uncomfortable we had to sit on the bed. The pool was beautiful and the seats around it were very comfortable.
  : The proprietor shouted at us when we broke one of his unwritten rules. We are non smokers who treat our holiday home better than our own we do not need to be shouted at. My husband had been in the pool and showered he rang his suit out in the pool and was reprimanded then when he was about to sit down he was shouted at again even though he was dry. The outside had no lights and it was difficult to manage the stair at six in the morning in the dark to download our newspaper as WiFi was only available next to reception NOT IN THE ROOMS. We booked this accommodation over other as it said WiFi in rooms THIS IS NOT CORRECT. When we handed in our key he did not even say goodbye just glared and nodded where to put the key

  : We stayed here for a week. We got there at about 6:00pm and was greeted by Nikos (the Dad) who collected our passports and asked us to come get them later once his son would have made the registration. The room was basic, but clean and cleaned on Wednesday, sheets and towels replaced. We had a nice view from the balcony and were somewhat pleased with the room. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and local shops. The pool area was lovely and the Pool Bar was ok. Nikos offered us an iron during our stay since we didnt get our clothes ironed before the trip. That was cool.
  : The air con was extra at 55 euros for the week (we declined) and had our door and window open most of the time to allow the fresh air in. The Appartements are on the flight path for Heraklion, with a lot of planes passing over. However, we got used to it (the noice) and it was entertaining as my wife will stare at the planes as they fly pass over us :) WiFi wasnt strong enough to get to our room. The signal was so weak. We were told it was general issue. One other thing we didnt like were the presence of mosquitoes We came back with lots of mosquito bites.
