  : Lovely property, big and spacious, very family friendly. Comfortable beds and all bedrooms ensuite absolute bonus. Welcome basket really nice and generous. Large garden for the kids to play, they enjoyed the skittles. 5 minute drive to choice of supermarkets, 2 minute walk to bus stop. If you fancy a walk just 20 minutes to ferry and a range of cafes and restaurants both sides of the estuary. If you have kids it's worth going to the Alver Valley Country Park, just 10 minute easy drive away for a most awesome playpark suitable for toddlers to young teens.
  : Had to hoover and clean straight away , rug was disgraceful, stairs looked like not swept in ages and bedrooms needed sweep through. Needs a proper clean top to bottom, under beds and wardrobes etc. Passageway down side of house needs garden gate, open access from main road to rear of house. Wheelie bins were full. Information pack was for Villa not Coach House and not much detail/info. Guests at Villa seemed to be workmen, talking and running car/van engines on shared driveway from 0615 to 0700 in morning. Inconsiderate parking a few times blocking us in. Checkout by 1000 difficult if you have 2 children and have to clean before leaving, would suggest 1100.
