  : Staff (only saw one girl) was pleasant.
  : The bed was broken. Couldn't be moved to another room as the only empty room had a broken bed.

  : Location and value for money is fab. We stayed for one night and makes a good & affordable base for hiking Scafell Pike. The room is better than what we expected & had the basic necessities that youll need. We appreciated how clean it was. Free parking located 200 yards from the property which was great. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance too.
  : One downside was how much we heard from the room above- which made it difficult to get off to sleep. Interior walls needs some re-painting as theres areas where it looks run down. Other than that, the Inn is well kept.

  : N/A breakfast The bed linen was clean and the bed comfortable . The shower had lovely hot water . Bathroom was clean . Nice tea/coffee making facilities .
  : The building has seen better days . The resident entrance is quite un inviting , and the carpet a bit grotty . Windows need replacing certainly in room two as a pain of glass was cracked . The window rattled if opened
