  : Bad acoustic insulation between rooms: you can hear everything people say in the common area. Cleaner walked in way before check-out time without knocking (!) The wifi password was written on a leaflet with no indication that it was the wifi password (very confusing also because it's almost identical to the bnb's name) We were given only one set of towels. Rooms and common area have a very impersonal feel and very weird style. Our room was clearly not supposed to be a room before the house was renovated, more like a corridor. Terrible Airbnb-style decor like "enjoy life", "everything is wonderful" and similar crap.

  : Very very nice place, located in a perfectly restored old building in the very heart of Gorizia. The room is large and comfortable, the bathroom huge and clean. The windows open on a tiny, pedestrian street of the city centre, it really had a great atmosphere. The owner is really kind, she also has great advice on what to do in town.
  : I personally liked everything. If you do not like pets (the owner has a cat and a dog, that you can easily encounter in the building) you probably should say so in advance. We like cats and we absolutely loved the little "Tigro" being there and accepting our attentions :-)

  : The room was very charming, the design was very warm and welcoming, the bathroom was very modern and the services impeccable. Everything was clean and nice. A very good impression over all. The location of the rooms is very good, right in the old city center and you have recommendation for eating in the neighborhood.
  : There are public parking in the area, 1 or 2 minutes away, but it took a while to find them. It would have been helpful to mention this on the site. A few directions would help more people choose this property and the owners and the small town really deserves more visitors.
