  : We were doing some day hiking in the Whites and needed reasonably priced lodging in Gorham. The facility was clean and the beds were comfortable.
  : This is an older property that has been modernized over the years but there’s only so much that can be done when the bones are older, such as the loud heating/air conditioning unit, the cramped bathroom and the shower wand that wouldn’t spray to the center of the tub no matter what you tried. That being said, the most important thing to me is that the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was good. On the downside, my suspicion is that the room would be chilly in colder weather, as there were significant air gaps around the door in spite of the attempts to add weather stripping.
