  : The manager is great but the older owner was not as friendly. He wouldnt let my friend and I combine our laundry even though the sign says 7 for under 7kg and our combined clothes were under 7kg

  : Our experience at this hotel was very poor. We arrived at 7pm and were told that we could not check in yet as the previous guests still hadnt checked out, so had to leave our baggage and come back later. When we came back, we were taken to a room that was not the one we booked, which had no aircon or fan, and a tiny bathroom with nothing separating the shower from the toilet so everything got wet. We spoke to the person working at reception, who told us that the room we booked was occupied and that we wouldnt be able to move until the following night. The next day, we moved into the room we booked, however there was still no fan. We couldnt sleep as it was 37 degrees so we asked reception for a fan at 11:15pm and didnt get a response so eventually went to sleep, until we were woken up at 12:40am and given a fan that was broken. The only positive part of our experience was the view from the terrace.

  : Near the city center
  : The property is like on the top of the mountain. Its really hard to walk going to the property especially if you have some luggage. The road is bumpy. We are group of friends who dont like to smoke. When we got from the property, the first thing you will notice is the smoke from the cigarette. We advise guests to not to come there especially if you are asthmatic. Its terrible.

  : Guven Cave is a charming and cosy little hotel right in the centre of Gerome. We had a three bed en suite room on the first floor which was furnished well and warm. The terrace provided beautiful views of the famous hot air balloons Cappadocia is known for. Breakfast was good and staff are incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even let us swap rooms on the first night. Thank you Turul!
  : The hotel has shared bathrooms so if you dont want that, you can opt for a bigger room with a private toilet. Apart from that, the stay was excellent.

  : Nice clean and charming room and hotel in a good location with friendly staff and beautiful view from the lovely terrace and good generous breakfast. We had such a great time here!

  : Good location. Large spacious room, with a mini-fridge. Nicer shower and bathroom than the other room we stayed in. Delicious lovely free breakfast.
  : Wifi did not work as well as in the other room on first floor.
