  : Everything was perfect, its a family running hotel and everyone is so helpful. The breakfast was all fresh and home made and the Mum helps in breakfast with a very sunny smile in the morning. Roof top view at 6.00 we can watch the Ballon rising up From the Kappodien Valley.the rooms are so clean ,prefect bed, nice thick stone wall,big bathrooms. About 5 walking min, to the center town where u can eat all types of food from Turkisch to asian food and indian cuisine . They have 2 pets in their hotel and they are always ready for a pet. I would recommend this hotel if you not looking for luxirous but homely atmosphere and family feeling that you are called with your name.

  : Location was simply perfect- beautiful rooftop view of the hot air balloons in the morning and of the Red and Rose Valleys. No need to go to another viewing point. Short walk to restaurants and the center of town. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. Our family room was quite spacious too.
  : The queen bed in our room was sagging toward the middle, so it was not very comfortable. Also, it was quite noisy in the morning, with roosters crowing right outside the window. We were waking up early to see the balloons, so this was not a deal breaker for us, but I do wish it had been quieter.

  : 1. The best part of this hotel is definitely its location. The scenic location in front of you every morning is beautiful plus since this hotel is on the edge of the town you actually get to see the beautiful cliffs and rock formations from your terrace. many many good restaurants are a very short walk away so so within 1 km you can pretty much meet all your requirements. 2. The rooftop terrace here is nice. We spend many evenings here, just looking at the sunset and talking amongst ourselves enjoying the cold weather.3. We loved petting all the 4-legged guests in and around the hotel! We got to know so many of them by the time we left!
  : 1. The breakfast is terrible. Capadocia is pretty cold in October. This place doesn't even have a toaster to warm bread every morning!! Every single morning the breakfast is same~ some sausages, some pastry and french fries that's it. There's no other options for a hot breakfast at all! 2. The cleaning is not on par. We were here for four nights and had two double occupancy rooms for a family of four. Other than some basic vacuuming, the cleaning did not cover any change in linen or hand towels, or any other kind of deep cleaning that would have been required after a day or two. 3. The staff was really reluctant to hand out water bottles. The tap water in Cappadocia is not potable and so we really depended on the hotel to provide us with the water however, because they were so unwilling to give us more water bottles we often had to buy water when we were staying here, which we did not expect or appreciate. Every time we asked for water, we were told the hotel had RUN OUT. And they were apparently running out of water on a daily basis.

  : Staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the morning views of the balloon were great. Parking was easy, and it was possible to walk to major attractions, including the open air museums.
  : Walls were thin enough to hear snippets of conversations in neighboring rooms, and I was awoken by a dog barking at 4 am in the room across from mine. I found the bed uncomfortable, and when I flagged a leak from the bathroom ceiling, the staff were unconcerned. Like many places in Goreme, it's not a cave hotel. In retrospect, I would have preferred to stay in a more central part of town.
