  : The hotel territory is nice and green.
  : The room was very worn off. Paint was falling off the walls, and the wallpapers bubbling out when we had stayed there.The bed mattress was very old spring mattress - uncomfortable and squeaky. I asked them to replace, but they brought another old mattress of the same quality to replace it.Cleaning staff in the canteen was indeed busy removing dirty dishes and seeing the tables, but the tables were never wiped! With the new table cloth covering only 1/3 of the table you could see everything which was eaten on this table before.Besides, the cleaning staff was handling fresh cutlery on the tables with the same hands they were just removing the dirty dishes. Very unhygienic.The hotel's private beach is very small and packed with the sunbeds very tight. Despite this we were almost always out of luck of getting the sunbed when we came to the beach, all of them are taken early in the morning. All the neighbor hotel's to the left and right provided much more spacious and comfortable sunbeds setup for their guests. There is a "Piano" leather/furcoats shop on the hotel's reception floor and the 2 people working there on the daily basis harass the hotel's guests on buying from them, or going with them to the bigger Piano shop in Kemer. The hotel staff is aware of it and does absolutely nothing to stop this harrasment.

  : We liked the place overall. Friendly staff, tasty various food, free gym, nice swimming pool, swimming pool for kids with slides for kids.
  : The most we hated animation in the evening. It is too loud... and lasts till 11. It was a problem since my baby goes to sleep around 8pm. The furniture in the room is old, the beach wasn't too clean.. But overall the stay was good.

  : The kids area is great. It's safe, with a lot of different water activities. The swimming pools are great.
  : The food was bad. Not a lot of options, not tasty. Not a lot of fresh vegetables or fruits. The rooms, and all the facilities need a renovation. It's old, broken or almost broken. For example some of the sun umbrellas are broken, and fall on the guests. No conditioners in the room with ice cream, so personal have to work in the extremely uncomfortable conditions. We had to change the room since it was too loud for a kid to sleep, and we had cockroaches in the room. The reception was kind, and helped us to move to another room. Because of this movement we discovered for the same price in two different rooms you will have different amount of shower gels, soap. In the second room we had even slippers, which we didn't have in the first place.

  : Location close to the beach, nice waterpark. Delicious desserts, vegetables (fresh, grilled and pickled) and grilled meat (chicken and lamb when available). Good selection of cheeses.The staff is mostly great.
  : Super noisy at night from both the hotel and the hotels around you (animation). No air conditioning (turned off centrally), no soundproofing (description is wrong). The manager acted defensively responding to my questions on this matter.Room cleaning did not happen, the toilet was not cleaned, neither were the floors.The cooked food was mediocre (apart from desserts, vegetables and grill). None of the stews actually looked appetising.The spa was a bit of disappointment. Not relaxing atmosphere and average quality massage for London prices.

  : The hotel has perfect amount of water attractions: large swimming pool, aquapark with different type of tubes and beach not far from the hotel.
  : The room in the bungalo was a bit old, especially bathroom.
