Set on its own sandy beach Terza Spiaggia & La Filasca is 800 metres from the centre of Golfo Aranci. It offers a seasonal swimming pool and apartments each with a kitchenette and patio or balcony. With a beautiful location on Sardinia's northern coast Complesso Residenziale Terza Spiaggia & La Filasca is ideal for exploring the Emerald Coast and the Gulf of Marinella. It provides free parking and is 1 km from Golfo Aranci port for ferries to Italy's mainland. Apartments have a simple design and feature a TV dining area and bathroom with shower.

: I booked this apartments for their location (close to the beach). It was more expensive than the stay in, for example, Olbia.
: But sadly the flat is worn out, the blanket was dirty (lots of grey hair!); it is very inconvenient that the linen and towels are not included in the price of the apartment so we bought them as the price of buying is less than renting from the facility (Euro 20 per set, so for 3 of us would make Euro 60!). Some electric outlets were not fixed in the walls which is very dangerous especially for families with kids. Out of about 7 plugs only 2 worked.

: I really liked the location and the apartments, my only disappointment was that you could really feel the damp in the room and the sheets smelled weird also. The garden is really beautiful but there was no protection against the insects getting in the apartment as it was on the ground floor facing it. There could be a mesh to protect mosquitos from getting in. The property is old but the decoration is cute on the inside.

: Good location, very near to the beach.
: Check-in took an hour. The lady checkingvus in asked us to wear masks at reception then proceeded to wear hers on her chin throughout the whol check-in process. She was quite abrupt in her manner and not at all welcoming. Eventually another lady came to drive us to the apartments 3 miles away. She drove off and didnt wait for us to follow her and we lost her. Eventually found her and got to our apartment. On entry the apartment smelt mouldy and was dark and very basic. We had no microwave or recycling bins. One small bin under the sink which we were expected to dispose of prior to leaving or we would encourage a charge. The shower was old and didnt work very well. It cost us over 150 per night to stay here and we paid the equivalent of 70 for cleaning. It is overpriced and I certainly WOULD NOT recommend.

: We booked two apartments at Terza Spiaggia & La Filasca - Apartments but they were distributed in different, separate locations. One of them was not clean, there was dirt on the floor, it smelled of methane gas and the trash can was moldy, with no bag inside. We asked to change appartments, as we could not have slept in those conditions, and this went on from 20:00 to 22:00, but they did not do that. Be careful, as they will ask you to another location, Baia de Bahas, Golfo di Marinella, 10km away, where they do the check-in procedures, without showing you the location first. They charge fees in addition to those listed on booking.com and try to extra charge for other services, you need to be very careful about this. They avoided giving us the name of the company which is offering the services and did not issue us the invoice, proving the payment of the full amount. While I was there, I noticed other customers dissatisfied with the cleanliness. They refused to return the amounts paid by us, including extra services paid for at the location, even though we did not stay there. From their behavior I understood that they have a lot of experience in deceiving their customers. Booking.com could not give the money back which indicates once again that the accommodation provider is a specialist in cheating on its customers. Given that there have been so many negative reviews so far, the brokerage relationship with them should be discontinued.
