  : The room is quite big, which is a plus, and also has a nice view. the breakfast was ok, with overall a large variety of choices. the beads were very comfortable and joined together quite large i would say. Overall i would definitely come back, as the value for price is good.
  : The bed is actually 2 single beds joined together, and if you are unfortunate enough to roll over in your sleep in the middle of them you might end up falling in between.( i would suggest something like a latch or something so the beds do not drift apart) Also in the bathroom when we arrived, the toiled did not seemed to be cleaned thorough, but it was not an inconvenient as we rapidly cleaned it( i would guess that being a big hotel and not that much staff for cleaning they were rushed to do the job), again the room was spotless. And in the end this is not an inconvenience or anything but do not expect a 5 star experience from the sky bar, we guessed that it would be that case and we had high expectations, when in reality it is literally a bar at the top of a terrace with some tables, also they do not accept credit cards, only cash. Also the parking lot is not that big so keep in mind when you go there. Overall not a 10 but a true 8.5!

  : Partly refurbished hotel. Excellent sound insulation, so outside noise from the pool did not bother us at all. Close to the beach. Goog variety of fresh food for breakfast and dinner. Daily celaning and fresh towels. Parking with no fuss for free.
  : The customers are smoking by the pool, on the terraces, even during meals. No card payment at the bars.

  : 1. Location - in the top centre of Golden sands, most hotels around cost much more2. Space - room was very spacious3. Cleanliness
  : It was a little bit warm despite the AC running and the regulation knob had worn out letters/number and I couldn't realize how to correctly set the temperature. The central ventilation is a little bit noisy.

  : - I didn't like the Manager behaviour. He acted as a dictator. It is normal in most of the hotels to change your assigned room if you don't like it, but this Manager refused to change Our room, so we were forced to spend miserable 6 days AT this hotel. - I didn't like the hotel's elevators, which they are subjected to be out of order regularly. Our room Was in the fifth floor, so we had to use the stairs, which made us fear going back to Our room. By the way, there are nine floors in this hotel.- There is nearby hotel which uses very noisy and Bad music until midnight. This Was forcing us to close the balcony door and stay inside the room without being able to sleep.- I hated the 43 steps of the stairs, which lead to the beach. It Was a Hard time when we used to return from the beach or the street to the hotel, and to climb the 43 steps. This could be done many Times a Day.

  : Good location, close to the beach, rooms are really big, spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok, more than i expected.
  : The Staff is really unprepared, unfriendly and always in no mood. one of the employees at the reception behaves as if we are staying in her own house and disturbing her. The guys at the bar are the only cool ones.

  : - I didn't like my room, because it Was in the backside of the hotel and facing another hotel which uses a noisy and very loud music from the morning till the midnight. - I didn't like the behaviour of the reception girl, because when we asked her to change Our room, she said tomorrow morning we change it but that were lies and the morning came, but there was no change.- The hotel is built on top of a hill, so if we wanted to go to the beach or the market we had to use a stairs of 43 steps, which are difficult to climb on the return. We hated it most. - The hotel is composed of nine floors. They have two elevators, but out of order regularily. So we had to suffer when to climb the stairs to reach Our room in the fifth floor.

  : The rooms were clean, hotel close to the beach, has it's own free parking
  : The manager (a guy called Daniel) and the girls from reception are very rude and unfriendly. We kindly asked to change our room for one at an upper floor (the hotel was not fully booked) and the answer I got from the Daniel the manager: You negotiate like a robot, if you do not like the room we gave you, you can leave now.The same thing happened to another tourist who wanted to prolong his stay in same room: we cannot give you same room, you are asked to leave.I never witness this treatement in any other hotel. They treat you like they made you a favour receiving you in the hotel, and not like you payed for the service.Should be a hotel for tourism and not a military barracks.After 3 years of staying here, I will not return.I gave a 5 for my stay...1 for the manager and the girls from the reception, big grade for cleaning services, parking and distance from beach.
