: love being right on the water. we had a beautiful view and it was easy to take our dog out.
: The bedrooms were very warm, even with the windows and door open. a small fan for each bedroom would be really helpful at night.

: Location is amazing, the river outside is so relaxing. Kitchen was great. Facilities were in good shape.
: There was construction in the condo apt. below during our ENTIRE stay. From 8am until 8pm there were drills going, sanders, nailguns, you name it. It was pretty bad. We had to leave during the entire day and even during dinner we had to listen to them work. I talked with them and they said they would be there for about 3 weeks doing a remodel so we were out of luck. This sucked. Also the staircase is right in the middle of the room and I hit my head on it once, nearly dropping me to the ground- it's so dangerous!! Everything else was great but those two things were pretty bad.

: The Rogue River is is beautiful and this condo sits right on the river. The view is wonderful regardless of the weather. The condo is comfortable and we'll appointed. The new tile in the bathroom is beautiful.
: I couldn't get any of the burners on the stove to work! It would be good to have a lamp near the couch for reading. The numbers on the lockbox were so small I couldn't read them.

: The location was beautiful and the rental was very clean. We appreciated the updated bathroom and the fact that there were plenty of towels and a high schower head. The kitchenette was lovely, the keurig got a lot of love from us. We also appreciated that the checkout procedure was simple and we didn't have to do a huge amount of cleaning on top of paying a cleaning fee.
: The beds, pillows and sheets left a bit to be desired. The mattresses were not very comfortable, I would recommend replacing them very soon. The sheets were scratchy and the pillows were worn down. The apartment also got very hot and didn't have many options for circulating fresh, cool air. A screen on the bedroom window would be another good upgrade, we needed it open to keep the room cool enough to sleep but there was a worry about bugs getting in.

: It smelled very strongly of Marijuana the whole time. Not sure if it was someone in the unit before us or if one of the neighbours had it.
