  : The location was excellent - close to town but on the outskirts. The community association that the home is in was impeccable. Access to the river was great and owners within the association soooo friendly on my walks with my two dogs. All vehicles we saw abided the 20 mph speed limit. The access code worked perfectly first try. The bouquet of flowers on arrival was a special touch that we enjoyed our entire stay. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. Unfortunately a burn ban was on most of the days we stayed, so no fire, but the fire pit was stocked with wood and ready to go. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths were abundant. We did not use the washer and dryer, but they were available. We brought our own coffee, but coffee, tea, sugar, etc. are there for guests to use. We somehow changed the setting on the hot tub. I texted our contact and she got us back on board with easy instructions. The privacy is awesome. Only one neighbor was present but we didn't really see them. The other home was vacant at the time we were there. It was extremely quiet at night. Once in awhile you hear the train or semis traveling on the highway. All in all, it was a great place that I would recommend, especially to people with dogs. We celebrated our pit bull mix's 15th birthday during our stay. She and her almost 13-yr-old "brother" very much enjoyed the extra attention.
  : Only issues, which we didn't bother with at the time, is that we could not get the gas fireplace to work and there were some lightbulbs that needed replacing. I wrote those comments down on the form upon departure. The cabin is a bit dark and doesn't get the morning sun. If you love trees, this is the place to be.
