  : Nice hotel, not a fancy one, but it has all what you need to enjoy your stay. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which had a balcony and ample space to feel comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need, even a washing machine. Location is great, Termal is an amazing quiet town to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air, original plan was to stay one night, but then we extended to three nights as we felt in love with the town. Hot-springs water is delivered to the bathroom, so you can enjoy a hot tub in the apartment. Furniture is average, not stylish, but also nothing was dirty or broken, for the money paid, we didn't expect more. The host and the staff were very very kind, Sumaya is such a sweet lady to deal with and ask her for help.
  : The hot tub in the bathroom was kind of old, it would be a good idea to renovate the bathroom.

  : Located in Termal very close to main street and in walking distance to hot srpings. Room contains bathtub with thermal water crane, very convenient. Wi-Fi was good, but failed once, though was very quickly fixed.
  : Room was not clean, kitchen contains very few kitchen items. Electricity, heating are under automatic switch-on with door access card, meaning it will cool down while you're not in the room.

  : Relatively new building right in the center of the town with lots of cafes and groceries within 5 minutes walking distance. About 15 minutes of walk to the thermal springs and pool. Or 5 minutes by car. Theres a parking lot in front of property. Theres heating for cold nights. Kitchen equipment is in place (though they dont have microwave I think)
  : Theres unfinished building adjacent to the hotel (we had no problem with it, but worth mentioning). If you take apartments below 4th floor you may have face the wall from your window. The guy at the reception was really nice but they didnt tell us that they close the entrance door for the night and theres no one on the reception. So be aware if you want to go out before 8am

  : The apartment was very spacious.
  : The hosts did not know about our reservation. He did not speak English. He seemed to not speak even Turkish. So, it took a while to prepare the room. Apart from preparing the beds, he probably did nothing more, the cleaning was so and so. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling off. At midnight you could hear the other guests in the hotel slamming doors and shouting.
