  : The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. The bike parking in a locked shed in a private garden was also very good. Nice toiletries provided in reuseable dispensers.
  : The room was purchased as a Superior Room - it cost a lot of money. It was on the top floor as requested but the only window was a tiny one in the roof. The shower was in the room with the toilet but no sink - and nowhere to hang towels. The shower controls were difficult to use and impossible to reduce the temperature. The overhead shower was good power but the smaller shower which could be taken off to use was one of the useless heads which spray water everywhere except on the person. The sinks were in the bedroom with nowhere to place the hand towels and nowhere to put personal toiletries where they could be kept dry. The air conditioning grill was filthy. The room was not serviced properly - the beds not made up and one bath towel was removed and replaced w a hand towel instead. Poor choice of teas in the room. Extremely noisy from people passing by during the night - I would suggest the Hotel owners talk to the local Council about that. One receptionist was helpful and friendly - one when asked about suggesting where to eat simply pointed to the local guide. I complained and the Manager (who was contacted by the receptionist) offered a 10% refund - I took this as I was not inclined to have a long argument - but really simply not good enough. We stay in many hotels in NL (my partner is Dutch, I am from the UK) and I can say this would rank among the poorest.

  : Sickening. I'm lying in bed at home sick because there was no proper heating. Also bumped my head against the doorframe as it's so low. I couldn't fit into the bed as it was too small. Room is depressing and overpriced. Pictures are deceiving. Disgusting place. An ex convent for nuns all I can see is suffering and annoyment.
