  : Welcome and friendly helpful staff who was trying to do their best. Good location, easy to reach.
  : It was a truly disappointing place, unfortunately. Despite the high rating and availability of spa/pool, the carpet in the suite was dirty and in old spots. In the bathroom, we spotted the insect (myriapod) and the toilet was dirty. The staff left in ~21.00 but we called to night shift and a very helpful cleaning lady popped up quickly and offered us another room but smaller due to the lack of similar rate rooms. Our worst experience was the discovery of another similar insect but under the blanket on the bed. It was far behind our expectations and we decided to resign from the stay. The staff returned us the reservation fee without any hassles. We have been residing and travelling in Poland for many years and were sure that Polish hotels remained the icon of cleanliness and tidiness. Probably this was an exception.

  : We got a room in the loft, which was very hot. We didn't realize there was no airconditioner. We tried to move to a different room but it wasn't possible. The problem wasn't handled well by the manager.We complained the very next day to a supervisor who was able to resolve our problem by bringing a portable fan that actually worked.

  : I like the hotel. There is so nice. Hotel is clean and meal is very good. There is hot inside. But our family like this hotel we was there secound time and we come back again on 100%. The pool was very good and clean.
  : Next time with family we take a room not on the 4th floor. There was hot for us during the summer. But if weather is not so hot there will be also nice. So that was only one little point what was not so good.

  : Nice hotel with spa, close to Zakopane and with Mountain View from the room.
  : Nobody speaks English or German so it is not easy to ask for anything (even basic things are hard to explain). We were there for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned and the waste bin was not emptied. As we were with a small kid this was a problem for us. The water in the spa should have been warmer (especially for the baby). As we wanted to celebrate a birthday in the hotel I wanted to ask if a cake is available but after the first impression with the waiters I dismissed.
