  : No breakfast. Limited kitchen supplies. Easy to figure out transportation- but we did that on our own.
  : Better equipped kitchen. The furnishing was adequate but did feel like college or post grad students would be more comfortable there rather than over 40's.

  : Decor dated, would benefit from some updating and more welcoming touches. Photos make the property look brighter and more modern than it is.

  : Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Wifi was working well. There are even some books to read in the living room. There is parking space across the rather busy road. I didn't realize the house was on the upper floor so I drove past it at first.
  : The microwave didn't work, but it wasn't a big problem for us. The temperature in the shower is easily adjustable but unfortunately the strength cannot be changed. Well, at least it is always strong instead of weak.

  : This was the second time we stayed at the Eden Mill Residence, as we thoroughly enjoyed our first experience. The accommodation had everything we needed and extremely comfortable. Location was ideal and only a short drive to St. Andrews.
