  : Great location for us. Our family reunion was close by. Also, there are restaurants, shops and more nearby.The hotel room was very clean and pleasant. The kitchenette is great. The included breakfast and coffee bar was nice.
  : Firstly, this was sorted out very quickly, thanks to the lovely young lady I talked with via phone. Our room was paid for in advance via Booking.com two weeks prior to arrival. We arrived at the hotel and a credit card was asked for by the reception. I made sure that the girl receptionist was aware of the prepayment, she unfortunately didn't reassure me that she knew this. We saw on our bank statement that we were double charged. I had to provide the paperwork, as the hotel did not see their own records of double charging. I gave the hotel a confirmation number, but they had no record of the transactions. (So keep all the paperwork on hand in case) However, as I mentioned before, the young lady I dealt with on the phone was very helpful and she took care of this issue quickly after I emailed our information/payment confirmations.

  : Had plumbing problems on an 8 day stay. Each day they indicated their service people had fixed. Shower was only warm the next day after indicating they had fixed. Tried to tell me hot water was set to avoid scalding but then showed me an alternative room where the hot water was actually hot. They lied. I moved. No time to look for alternative property. Gave me a day's credit and allegedly points to make up for the problem. Pool was broken 2 days. Beds were tired.
