  : It’s proximity to family we were visiting and to Mall and restaurants, free breakfast buffet, some of the front desk staff were very accommodating -We were compensated for lack of elevator service since our room was on the 4th floor and we are seniors 68 and 69yo) This comp was very much appreciated
  : We were not advised before hand that housekeeping is only provided every other day. We arrived back to our room at 9:30p very surprised to find our room unmade and not enough towels-I did not hang my towel to dry thinking it would be replaced.I suggest letting guests know upon checkin and also leaving 1 or 2 extra towels.I also didn’t know that there was a limit of 1 water bottle per guest per stay. First I had to go back down to reception to request them after checkin and when I asked again the next day I was told by the front desk person ‘You already got one’ in a way that made me feel that I was trying to finagle more water. I came away feeling very embarrassed and unwelcome. You should advise your guests about these limits in advance

  : It was clean. Smelled good when we walked in. The staff was friendly especially Robin in the front.
  : There was stains on the wall in our room, the orange ottomans were dirty and we weren't aware of the incidental charges. Also no hand soap or ventilation in the bathroom.
