  : Gave us a room half the size of what we paid for. Had to argue with the owner for 4 days to get the price difference for the room refunded to us. Major inconvenience for a family of 4 on a 5 day vacation. Read the reviews for this place before booking, they are completely accurate.

  : No toilet paper, one set of towels for three nights. No top sheet for bed, one outlet for 4 appliances so had to constantly swap them out

  : I was staying with my family at Wills Inn. . The room as advertised was supposed to be Two-Bedroom Family Suite with two twin beds and one queen bed. The pictures on the Inn website also show two twin beds. Upon the arrival we realized that instead of twin beds there were only folding beds instead of twin beds.Also, some items were missing in the room including refrigerator, telephone, Tea/Coffee maker, alarm clock. There were no light bulbs in the table lamps, and two light bulbs were missing above the bathroom vanity as well. After my several conversations with the Owner over the phone, the refrigerator was delivered to our room on the second day of our stay.

  : Booked 2-room for a ski trip with my tween daughters. On arrival nobody was at office, and nobody answered phone. We couldn’t access unit number in email. Somebody eventually drove past in a truck, and told us we’d been moved to another unit due to heat and water issues in the one we’d rented. The other unit was just a single room. I’m not sure it had been cleaned that day. Only one of the beds had a comforter, the twin beds had a paper thin blanket each. No additional bedding was available. There was no heat in the bathroom. There wasn’t even a toilet roll in the bathroom, in fact there wasn’t a toilet roll anywhere in the room. Nobody was available to help, or answer phones, once we saw the problems. All the shades were damaged. The heavy water staining in the toilet and shower was really bad. Honestly, the place is just in a general state of disrepair. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz for 130/night. but I was just expecting much, much better. Diabolical is the word that come to mind. I’ll never hear the end of this from my kids. Other than it being really handy, it’s hard to find anything redeeming to write about. It had a couple nice pictures on the wall I guess, and the lights worked.
