  : Everything the whole place was falling apart there was not one floor that was clean the walls are falling apart with damp and mould the bath room is covered in mould and falling apart the roof is crumbling we came in from work to the sitting room flooded from upstairs you can smell a strong smell of canabis from other flats when you open the front door there is rubish old doors and things in the way to exit the property over all i wouldnt let my dog stay there would never book again

  : The owner was very obliging and arranged to let us in after normal hours.
  : No major issues and certainly good value for money.

  : The quilts and pillows on the beds were of good quality and the lady who met us with the keys was really pleasant. When we had a tin opener that didn't work, a replacement was provided. Plenty of clean towels and tea towels.
  : The dirty walls, no hot water tap in the bathroom to have a bath, headboards not attached to beds, blinds did not fit the windows, windows very drafty, holes in floorboards and skirting boards, dirty kitchen and utensils, slugs in the kitchen, extremely poorly fitted kitchen, chair legs on nearly all dining room chairs broken, entrance hall to building disgraceful, 2 sleepless nights due to residents partying and banging doors, did not feel safe with even 5 locks on the front door (tells its own story) ceilings and coving dated decor with cracks and holes in every room. Whole apartment was filthy leaving a sense of being grotty.
