  : Wonderful place. My first impression was not that good because it is up the hill (and we were with heavy backpacks). But when we met owners we understood it is going to be great: staff is whole family and they are very sweet, kind and helpful. Older son speaks very good English. Hotel is on the second floor of the building (first is them own house). Terras has unbelievably nice view on Castle of Gjirokaster. We had very nice breakfast (see pics), but also we stayed there for dinner because it is amazing tavern. Recommend 100%. Great local food and low prices.Location is nice: you are in 10 minutes away from busy and tourists streets. You can enjoy cafs in center and also relax in calm and more local place in this Hotel.
  : Actually nothing Just want to mention that from place where we arrived (down hill) to hotel is like 25-30 minutes up on hill. It was a little bit challenging with 12kg backpacks (we called this "our unexpected hike"). But it's worth all the difficulties because view and hotel are amazing. I know that is also not easy to reached it by car. But there is a city bus that goes down and up every hour and stops right infron of hostel.

  : Clean room, very comfortable (hard) mattresses. The room had an amazing view onto the castle and the valley. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
  : I could have used a reading lamp, there was none unfortunately.
