The house is particularly renowned for the Studentenmühle restaurant which serves rustic cuisine and a range of Westerwald specialities. The same family has owned the restaurant for generations and it specialises in preparing locally-caught venison and other game dishes. There are first-rate conference facilities here at the hotel.
