  : Hello!I had to wait 45min until someone came to let me in!I had work in the evening at a dance festival and I was left out cold, tired and I was late from work!The shower didn't work properly, and I had to ask other friends from this event to take shower at their hotel!This was a disaster, and I felt really drained. It literally ruined my work and rest too. It is so unhygienic without a proper shower it was so embarrassing!I asked for refund, so far they didn't come back to me. Even the carpet was very dirty full of marks from food and other things. The room was smelling
