  : The location was perfect as I needed to attend an event at the local college. Also, the front desk manager was very professional and helpful: went above and beyond to assist with a reservation mistake, that could’ve been more frustrating than it was.
  : Nothing comes to mind. My only wish was that there was a train that connected from the airport to this property - it was a 30 minute Uber ride.

  : Nicely decorated in keeping with the theme of Gettysburg, the restaurant food was delicious (although overpriced for breakfast), bed was comfortable, laundry facilities and pool available.
  : 1) Only one entrance and parking isn’t close to the door which is a pain when you’re unpacking/packing2) We arrived at 430pm and were told our room wasn’t ready and to come back in 30 minutes. We came back and it still wasn’t ready because “a lot of people did late check out” so we were told to come back in 15 minutes. We returned 40 minutes later only to be told the room STILL wasnt ready and only then were we offered to move to a room further from the elevator. 3) Only 1 of 3 elevators worked for 98% of our time there. 4) The AC had to be maxed out to keep the room cool 5) No mini fridge in the room 6) Extremely difficult to get a hold of the front desk on the phone. Wound up having to go down to talk to them. 7) WiFi issues 8) Small shop with drinks and snacks for sale had most items ridiculously overpriced-especially $3 for a small coffee. 9) Fire alarm went off on our last night there and there was no staff explaining what happened, directing people on where to go or offering apologies for the inconvenience.

  : My daughter loved the indoor pool and hot tub. I loved the large size of the room and cleanliness.
  : Breakfast wasn't included, but they do have a great restaurant onsite.
