  : Lovely and quiet apartment with helpful host.
  : Poor communication for this apartment. The only contact I received in advance of the reservation was invoicing from the letting organisation and the host contact details were hidden in the messages. I received no check-in details, despite prompts, and had to contact the host to collect keys. Very stressful and not the standard expected.
