  : Unique setting, delightful church and luxuous historic house. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. High-class outdoor pool. Excellent gastronomy experience thanks to chef Carles Gaig. Good service. Spa facility is under construction so should be soon available
  : Some details would have made our stay complete: lack of adequate storage in the room and no service at the pool (obliging you to go back to the house whenever you need something). Coffee machine missing in the room

  : everything else. The manager is extremely rude Food service is very slow and chaotic, especially breakfast. only 3 room service options past 7pm: chicken, bolognese or a bowl of white rice and they wont offer you anything else- even if you have a child.nothing worthy of a 5 star experience.

  : The gardens are very nice, giving a very comfortable environment. The staff was also very pleasant and professional.
  : It was disappointing to see that most of the rooms are not in the palace, but in a building next to it, where everything inside is modern. Comfortable yes, but not what we expected when booking. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant... if you don't eat meat, don't expect to find any options. We ordered some rice with prawns and were presented with poorly cooked and rubbery prawns, furthermore, very dirty. We complained and were offered apologies and a replacement plate. The replacement was supposed to be grilled fish; when it arrived, it looked boiled on the outside but rubbery at the same time. Once cutted, it was raw on the inside. We complained again, they called the cook to the table and we complained again... that was the end of it, we didn't want anything else from the restaurant after this experience. As a courtesy, we only paid for the drinks, even though we ate some appetizers (to be honest, I wasn't expecting to pay for anything after such an experience). We also felt that the service from the staff in the restaurant changed for worst in the next day, at breakfast. Even though no one was rude, but you could tell they weren't happy (neither were we, tbh).
