  : The location and the beautiful lake at the back
  : No kettle only little cups for an expresso coffee a small coffee maker, we dont drink coffee which meant unless you paid 20 for breakfast you cant have a drink in the morning. The restaurant was just a small very menu.

  : The room was nice and big; the shower was good.
  : My room smelled like sewage pipes. It had AC but it was incredibly loud, to be point i had to turn it off to be able to sleep. There were no covers in the bed or in the wardrobe; I slept with a single linen covering me, which I thought was uncomfortable.

  : I love the location.
  : The hotel is tired and needs some tlc. When I stayed last year it was much better and the services and extras provided made it more enjoyable. Gone are the room being service everyday. If you stay in superior room no bottle of fizz on arrival. Also no welcome drink anymore. The hotel isnt air conditioned. Though they have put units in some rooms but rather badly. mdf on the window instead of glass ugly and not very safe. The rooms havent been as clean and each room I have stayed in has had panels missing in ceiling, broken glass table. The superior rooms have wet room but they are terrible because the bathroom light is automatic which means it stays on for a long time and because a glass door lights the whole room and wakes the other person! When we were there the lifts failed. The restaurant napkin ring are broken and food wasnt very good and took too long. Its a shame to write such a negative room because last year I really enjoyed it.

  : Hotel has a great location by the lake
  : We had no hot water, we had to finally get the key to another room to be able to take a hot shower. We booked a twin room but the room had two beds together, not separate, finally had to get changed to a room with a king bed a a sofa bed in the adjoining room. Parking is small and not owned by the hotel which is ridiculous and so you have to pay to be able to park at the hotel, it was about 14 euros per night.

  : Rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Breakfast is good, lots of options, generally a nice vibe to the hotel

  : No access to hotel,because of event wife is handicaped couldnot walk that far,she had to sleep by friends. Room was not made second day.Reception said OK when checking out,got telephone to ask money????Reception first day was unfriendly,second day was at limit of politenes and on third day was friendly but made mistake.
