: Horrible management company! Property not as advertised, keys to be picked up from the other part of the city (15-20 min drive), no bath towels when delivered (after 4 days!) were dirty and with holes, broken washing machine, had to wait for someone to come and fix it - when fixed was too loud to run throughout the day or during the day. never again!

: Location was great.The code to the door worked well and keys left inside the apartment for the rest of the stay.
: - The TV was not working (no channels). Contacted the property via booking.com and their Whatsup business account. Never received an answer.-Description in English states a separate bedroom with a bed. Turns out had to sleep on the couch, there was no bedroom. Very uncomfortable - hard and made up of 3 parts. - No basic necessities like soap in the bathroom. Only 2 toilet rolls. Coffee maker but no coffee provided. Wouldnt mind paying a little bit extra to not have to shop for these basics when Im only in town for a few days. Everything just seemed super tight. - No facilities for proper recycling (only 1 bin). There was a note in the corridor stating a recent fine the apartment block had to pay for not recycling. The actual recycling facilities for the apartment block were very nice.-Floor not cleaned properly - socks were very dirty after walking on it for a few minutes. The ironing board has seen better days.
