  : Receptionist was polite
  : Smell of gutters, price was more expensive than shown on booking, there were literal holes in the bed, very cold room, very far away from anything . Where was a kettle but no coffe or tea .

  : It was pretty clean. No bad smells or smoke and we didn't have noisy neighbors. There were enough space to store our clothes.
  : The mattress of my friend had pits, linen was synthetic. I felt springs in my mattress with my body too. It was hot and we had to sleep with the open window but the road was close so it was noisy. Hair dryer was switching off all the time while was used. When we checked out, there were no personal at the reception.

  : There was non-proprietary kitchen as mentioned. It was all dirty. It was hard to get any help.

  : All fine, the only problem was that I did not see any staff in the evening I arrived or in the morning when I left. I wonder if that nice hotel had any staff/receptionist working at
  : No responsible receptionist / staff at the property when I had to leave in the morning. They would obvously leave the premises at 20:30 hours. I had to leave the key on the counter, worying if someone took it, and that cause responsibility for me, as guests are required to hand the keys back to the staff. At night time, I arrived 10 minutes after 8:30 the arrival deadline, and wondered around for 40 minutes, until I noticed an email arrived instructing me to go to 2nd floor room 10, to find the key at the rom door.
