WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs PLN 130 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for 125 zł per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.

Parking has limited access and has only 64 spots. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the spot for each Guest.

Please note that city construction on the side of the hotel on Chmielna Street can be noisy at times.
