Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs PLN 50 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for 45 zł per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for 120 zł per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-in and key collection take place at the reception desk at the following address: ul. Hubala 14, Gdańsk.
Keys can be picked up at the reception from Mon-Fri 15-18, on weekends and holidays 15-16 or use the virtual reception and pick up the keys even after reception opening hours, in which case the keys will be in the depository where the apartment is located. To use this option, contact the staff the day before.

A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required upon arrival. In the case of New Year's Eve or occasional parties, the deposit is PLN 1000. Payment is made by credit card. The amount paid should be refunded within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
