  : The place was clean and the location was amazing!
  : The management of the Elite Apartments was really bad. They had forgotten to clean the apartment so they delayed our check in even though we had announced our time of arrival to them just like they had asked and we had even sent a message when we left from the airport to come and check in. That was ok though for us since we went to grab some lunch for the meanwhile. Then in the check in they asked about our check-out time and mentioned to leave the key in the mailbox when we check out. Problem was that there was no way of knowing which mailbox belonged to this apartment since the apartment didnt have a number and the mailboxes didnt have names on them. When they asked about our check-our time again via text message and we replied we asked where we should leave the key - no answer. Then these little things when piled up creates a more poor image of the business were: -No extra bed made ready (even though the receptionist mentioned that good there is only 4 of us so it is easier for the cleaner. So what was easier if they even didnt put the beds and towels ready for us? Ended up doing it ourselves.) -There was a jar of instant coffee for us but it had a spoonful of coffee (our stay was 3 nights and 4 persons). -The table cloths were wet for some reason and when we didnt notice this in the first place it got our bags and clothes soaking wet. We did mention about these things to them during the 2nd day of our visit when they specifically asked how our stay was but we never got a reply back - instead they sent the text message back asking about our check-our time were we also didnt get a reply back. Didnt feel very valued as a guest. They really should work on that.
