  : Very nice apartment with one bedroom and living room with a sofa. Lovely design, very cozy place. The location is perfect. Based in old- town, close to all attractions but in a very quiet street. So you may enjoy your trip without noise from cars and tourists :)
  : I had a quite strange communication with real estate agency during booking. I have a feeling that had correspondence with several people who didn't share info. So I got several times the same questions and didn't get answers on mine. It was difficult to reach a rent agent while we arrived to Gdansk. Also, there was no direct address so we had to cross the street several times, looking for proper building till arent came. The agent was the first time in this apartment and didn't know how the heating system works. It was turned off and quite cold inside (during December). We had to manage the floor heating system ourselves (no manual instructions) and got a problem in the night as the floor started to bee too hot, we were like in a frying pan.

  : The apartment was in a amazing location very close to the centre in walking distance of most attractions. The apartment was very clean and very well furnished, beautifully renovated. Fresh towels and bedding supplied. The staff are helpful and give you all the information you need. We loved our stay and would return in the future
  : It was very cold when we arrived to be expected as its cold. The apartment took a long time to warm up on the first day and we used the extra duvets from the other bed, however once the apartment had time to heat up it was lovely and warm. There are some minor defects around the property and a crack in the window in the bedroom but these defects did not affect our stay. Highly recommend very good value for money. Thank you

  : The location was fantastic. So close to the train station. You can easily walk to it from the station even with your luggage.The size of the apartment was impressive. The bed was very comfortable.The view from the bedroom was absolutely beautiful, plenty of dining and sitting out areas beside the apartment. In the apartment there were tea, coffee, all you need to make your own meal i.e. pots, pans, cutlery. Also dishwasher, small washing machine, iron, hairdryer etc...Overall I would really recommend elite apartments on straganiarska
  : The shower cabin was tiny and the shower was somehow broken, meaning there was nowhere to hang the shower head (the holder was broken off) and the overhead rain shower was blocked up.Plus one if the window glass in the bedroom had big cracks. Thankfully it was a double glass window.It would be good to inform guests that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift.

  : This is embarassing from you Elite Apartments Tricity. When we arrived in Gdansk to get our keys we were told that our apartment did not exist or that it did not belong to Elite Apartments Tricity since two months back. This is not true since I booked that exact apartment around one month ago. When we arrived in the apartment we did not have a dishing brush, only one roll of toilet paper, only four plastic bags. We had four towels for six people and four bed sheets for six people. I could name ten more things if you want me to. That is absolutely disgraceful and I have not experienced anything like it when traveling previously. Because of this, doing the dishes was extremely difficult and therefor the apartment was in a bad state when we left it. Where are we going to throw the bottles if we do not have plastic bags left over? I personally asked the person at Elite Apartments Tricity who gave me the keys to clarify what he meant with the paper i signed, and whether we had to clean or not. He answered you do not have to clean it is part of the fee. I asked him again after reading the contract if we had to clean, he answered no you do not have to clean it is part of the fee.I will go further with this if you want me to. I had a very bad experience staying with you and I will not stay with Elite Apartments Tricity again no matter if you refund me or not.
