  : Main office was in other building in old town, so bit of complications at first, especially when i realize, street with office was closed due repairs, but personel was fine, comunicative and explains every aspect of accomodation. How to get keyes an so. Unpleasant from outside, Dluga Grobla appartments house was horrible, parking was on uneven upaved and very dusty backyard, full of overgrown grass and wrecks of cars here and there, also stairacase was very unplasant, (no lift too) but appartment itself was perfect, clean and cozy ikea flat. We felt like home few minutes after arriving. Other inhabitants met on staircase welcomed us, politely, almost like friends, it was wery nice. Wery close from town center, and with basic stores just across the street. So overally stay was wery fine.
  : we had booked it in rush on last available place to stay only day before, and paid twice accidentally, my wife by booking, and me unaware of it, directly by card in office while checking in. We are still unable to get refund till then (two weeks), feeling scammed. Wery problematic communication, with office staff, phone number is constantly occupied or unable to connect now we are 900 km away at home, had sent both payment confirmations from our bank accounts and photo of my receipt to their mail, but still nothing 14 days after. And yes there were some complaints about clogged shower bath, yes that was true in our stay too.
