  : Very clean and well equipped apartment. Good location near the centre but rather quite. Big food court is nearby. Easy way of self check-in and check-out.
  : Difficult to get in touch with stuff: office phone is almost unavailable and they take a long time to answer the questions in the chat on booking platform. Check-in and check-out instructions received via booking platform chat and via direct e-mail are different that causes some confusions.

  : much cheaper yet much more spacious compared to other hotels.good service. enough room to sleep 4people. nice apartment. only about a 15 minutewalk to the Gdask city center.had a big balcony (amazing to watch the sunset!!!)

  : The apartment is beautiful, well-located and clean.
  : If it wasn't for that, I would have put a 10. But, it was difficult to be in contact with the owner. They don't answer really fast. Furthermore, and what made me really mad, is that one hour before our arrival, they wrote to me that I will finally not get a baby crib for my baby!!! I was finally able to talk to someone and they told me that they will try to find one for the second night... Finally I got one for the second night, but it was broken (wide-open on a part), I was able to put it on a wall to make sure that my baby was safe and was able to sleep. In sum, this situation was not nice at all and they did not answer quickly and nicely to my messages regarding the crib as well as the Wifi as they did not give me the good password.

  : This was the worst booking experience of my life. Ive had various incidents before, but this was the jackpot. The day after checking in, I had to stay in the apartment for work while my wife went for a walk. Just 5 minutes after she left, two men entered the apartment. They saw me, apologized, and left. I didnt pay much attention at first, thinking they had simply entered the wrong apartment because I hadnt locked the door when my wife left. However, it dawned on me after a while that the door had a code lock, and it couldn't be opened without the code or a key. I didn't panic, thinking maybe they were company employees who got the wrong apartment. About two hours later, I heard someone insert a key into the lock, but when I went to check, no one was therejust the sound of a door closing in the hallway. Okay, this was no joke. I called the company renting out the apartment and explained the situation. They assured me those were not their employees and that none of their staff had tried to enter or were even in the building. They said someone would come to change the lock and codes and that they had informed the police. Great. However, the locks could not be changed because the new lock didn't fit, and because it was a holiday, buying another was impossible. The story continues. The apartment comes with a space in a secured parking area. When my family and I left the next day, we discovered that someone had forcibly broken our car's wiper. They had snapped off the wiper arm and simply placed it back in the wiper slot. I dont know how this happened or why. But clearly, there are security issues in this residential complexthat's a fact. On the other hand, all the staff were very responsive and tried to help. They even offered us to move to another apartment, which we did. However, the shower was broken in the new apartment. The day after my review, the service accused us of breaking a mirror and tried to charge me 500z.
