  : The balcony and location were definitely the best things about this apartment. It was literally located in the heart of Gdansk, on its main street. The balcony was spacious and the glass doors and walls were an excellent solution, as it enables you to still sit outside looking at the view, with the sliding doors closed. The apartment was really clean and good looking. The halls leading to the room were almost luxurious looking. You don't need to walk far to get to eat some delicious food and explore the central Gdansk. When traveling longer distances, the electric scooters were widely available which are really cheap in Poland.
  : The key pick up process should've been automated in some way as it is only a card-key you're picking up. The key also has to be picked up at a secondary location, it was very close though. We added a stop at the pick-up point when ordering a Bolt (like an Uber) and it wasn't a problem, but a small inconvenience. The weird thing was the climate charge we needed to pay, where the company only accepted cash as payment. As I understood, the payment was based on how many guests were staying. It wasn't much and completely okay, but the hassle of getting the cash withdrawn was a small negative, as I only carry a credit card when traveling.

  : The glasses In balcony and views were relaxing in the morning And evenings. The apartment was set up wonderful. The staff was very nice. It was perfect location for walking and exploring Gdask with underground parking for the car.
  : The check in was off site but close - 1 plus kilometer away. The staff was wasnt familiar with the detailed directions needed to make locating this apartment easy. The parking garage could have been easy to locate if given more detailed directions (turn in to the left immediately after casino sign) once parked the details to get to the correct building elevator to then get to the correct side of the building to this apartment location proved to be quite challenging. If we were told the entry door to this apartment is located next to the casino entry we would have experienced problems. The elevator was our next problem. We went back over to the front desk and was given a new key but no further directions except if we had further problems to visit the other reception desk in the building rent like Home for assistance. We returned to the building with new key and the new key still didnt work. Our last resort was to go to the other businesses front desk. The staff there kindly told us to take key out and turn it upright only this key information is the lack of details we experienced with the Sun & Snow company. Once again I will say the staff was friendly but needs to go over and walk through the guest experience and provide the extra details required to make the guest experience very simple and enjoyable check in. This being said We would stay here again.
