  : Unfortunately their customer service is not good. A number of things were broken in the apartment, toilet, radiators, a cabinet, wardrobe door, oven and finally lights. Their customer service phone doesn't work on the weekends and they don't reply to emails. Finally when I spoke to them on the Monday, they behaved as if I was wrong. I finally got a room after much hassle. Wouldn't recommend them even though it's a good location and decent price.

  : Let me start from beginning. Collection of the key was ok. Apartinfo office is opened till 8pm and some nice lady offered late check out for extra money which wasn't that expensive but that's the end of nice thing. After arrival in the apartment the first thing you could smell was a smell of fried fish (someone was cooking fish in the apartment and it wasn't ventilated properly by cleaners). General cleanness was ok however the curtains had oily stains, wallpapers were pealing off, bathroom cabinet was technically falling apart. I had to fix shower as the doors fell out of rails. Everything looks cheap and made from cheap materials. I had different apartment day before for the same price where there was two 50" inch TVs and in this one there one TV which was probably 21" and you couldn't see anything. In the description it says there is an WiFi available in public areas and is free of charge but it doesn't exist. I tried to contact office but they ignore my calls and text messages. Apartinfo charge you for 5* apartment and deliver 1*.

  : You have to go to an office to take the key and then to the apartment which is in a different location. The electricity at the kitchen did not work, so there was basically no kitchen.

  : It was a nice apartment and it had an iron, boiler and a lot of kitchen tools. Nice
  : That we had to go at the office to get the keys, and the office was a bit far from the apartments. And it wasn't even open so we had to search for a lock box with the keys. It felt a bit like an escape room.

  : Perfect location! 3 minutes walk to the Old City. Grocery store and bus/tram station are close. There is also a children's playground right next to the building entrance. There was a construction site in the neighboring building, but they did not make much noise. There are all necessary amenities in the apartment.
  : You have to pickup and leave keys at the office. It's not so far, like several blocks, but when you have luggage and kids it's little stressful in the unknown city. It would be easier to collect keys from the secure box but at the same building. Also there were no sticker with wi-fi credentials and it took time to find out it. The sofa is little torn.
