  : There was no breakfast unless you brought your own.
  : Getting in to the house (not just a room) was a nightmare. First, there was no one on the premises (as implied) to great you and give you the key. After several phone calls to numbers listed on the locked gate door, someone answered who recognized my name and said there was no key for me because I had not paid the $150 insurance fee (later to be returned but never stated in getting my confirmation for booking it). So I gave that person my credicard info and paid it and got info on how to get the key from the lock box, but it wasn’t there. So then I had to call back but got a different person on the line who could not find the money I had paid and to call the person I had talked to.(luckily I had asked for their name). To make a long story short, after an hour of phone calls, running back and forth from my car to the lock box in 50 degree weather with nighttime falling, I got a key to a different house for the night. By this time it was too dark to find a place to eat (this residence is out in the boondocks at least 15 miles from civilization) on a Sunday night.

  : we’ve stayed multiple times. we have a family of 6 so it is cost effective for us instead of buying multiple rooms at a hotel. our kids love the pool.
  : our bbq grill was falling over. we wanted to grill the first night but opted for pizza. could use some updating but for the value, I’m not complaining. We’ve never had to pay $150 deposit before but did this time. My least favorite is the 10am checkout. 11 would be so much better. checkin isn’t until 4pm already. I didn’t communicate with any staff cuz there was none there so I can’t really rate that.

  : The parking right outside the door was a bonus.
  : PAINTING, NEWER REFRIGERATOR, Better linen, mattress were dirty and needed turning at least, tv didn't work in the living room, better cleaning carpet was horrible.

  : I really enjoyed that there was so much for a reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to my friends and family.
  : I guess something I would complain about is that it is a bit isolated but that might be something someone enjoys. Another thing I didn’t like is that when I called for assistant one of the workers in the line had a bit of an attitude, but she could of been having a bad day so I can’t complain to much. Besides that everything was perfect.

  : I liked the cleanliness of the villa. The patio was nice and I liked all the natural light upstairs.
  : It was alot of stairs. Not handicap accessible. Also, the front desk closes at 5 instead of 7 like the email said so it was very difficult to check in.
