  : The location was great!
  : When my husband and myself arrived, no one was in the front office..wasn't sure how I was going to get my parking pass and from my emails I received I was to obtain a parking pass from the front office, I placed a call to the front office where I did leave a message, however no one returned my call. Making it to our room, unit 601....the door on the entertainment center was barely hanging on by its screw (see below), took pictures of said door, we did not unpack anything, husband takes a shower and we are out the door. When we return back to our condo, TRY to settle in and watch a little TV, Out the corner of my eye, I turn to look...and it's ROACHES, adolescent, babies, and adults. I do also have videos and photos of said roaches (see below), we shook all our stuff out, loaded up and straight left. I did receive a full refund from Booking.com. Booking.com was amazing and WAS AVAILABLE to answer ALL my questions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING A ROOM WITH LAUREL INN. I WILL NEVER BOOK A ROOM HERE AGAIN. I'm unable to upload the videos I have of the roaches will not allow me to upload the videos.

  : Room was to small for 4 people not enough chairs to sit at the table. Water pressure was to low. No help when called for assistance

  : Love the fact it only took about 10 minutes to walk to the strip and the view was nice as well
  : There was stuff that didn't work like the bathroom vent, light on the back porch, 2 of the jets in the bathtub and there was never anyone in the office had to call booking.com to get the pin number for the back door

  : We were given a code in email and text
  : The only issue we had was we went out the back stairs at night to get to the shops and stuff downtown and when we came back we didnt know that it locked and the door required a different access code. We call the first girl and she didnt know and put us on hold, it was raining hard and it was cold and we were soaked but shortly another couple came up they had a pizza with them and the girl used her code to let us in we showed her our info booking with Vacasa and the room we booked and she and her partner let us in. They used another affiliate TripAdvisor or something and were given a back door code. We called back when we got in and another lady was able to verify and give us a back door code. The other thing I didnt really like was their was no one there at front office in the two mornings we were there either I just wish that there had of been someone there. But thank goodness we had wifi to have cell phone service to call the booking agents for things that we needed help on. Those two issues were really all we had and can hope for in the future the code situation is given for the back door and that at least sometime someone could be in the front office. Thank you guys for everything though it was beautiful! Wish we couldve stayed longer

  : No cleaning service and if we wanted our room cleaned, no way to contact anyone. Same towels all week. One trash bag, for he week. Very over priced once you add all your extra charges, CLEANING FEE??? BOOKING FEE???? DAMAGE WAIVER???
